Welcome to The Navigation Inn, an 18th Century Canal Side Pub and Restaurant, situated on the banks of the beautiful Montgomery Canal.

Originally built as a warehouse in 1798 to serve the canal and with subsequent additions, ‘The Navvy‘ is a building oozing character and history with real fires and beams aplenty!  Pay us a visit and be sure of a warm welcome, whether just for a drink or to enjoy our homemade food.

We can’t stand those stuffy country pubs with signs on the door saying ‘NO DOGS’ and ‘NO MUDDY BOOTS’.  At The Navvy well behaved dogs, children and walkers are all welcome!  Dogs are allowed in the bar area, and are welcome to sit by your table whilst you eat as long as they are kept under control and do not cause a disturbance to other guests.  Children of all ages are also welcome in the bar and dining room, but once again we ask they they do not run around the building unsupervised.
