One thing that The Navvy oozes is a great humour and friendliness about the place, even the directions on the website display a fun sense of character...With The Navvy you don't get an ounce of pretentiousness...I cannot fault the attention to detail in the restaurant; the tables, placemats, fresh flowers...I found it a very romantic setting.

What a pleasure to discover a pub and restaurant which ticks all your requirement boxes - beautiful location, charming and attentive staff, a relaxing bar area and most of all fabulous food.  Our evening at the Navigation was such a pleasure I can hardly sing its praises highly enough.
